SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual training, and author digital content to promote practical AI adoption.

You will coach attorneys and staff on prompt engineering, foundation models, and responsible AI use while collaborating with the central training team and Absorb LMS. Remote work is available for qualified candidates.

Formación

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or workflows.
• Experience with Harvey AI or law-firm tech environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, prompts, token management, and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS.
• Drive rollout and adoption of Harvey and other AI platforms.
