Job summary

The AI Training & Enablement Consultant serves as the SME leading artificial intelligence education, adoption, and enablement for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and execs on effective and responsible AI usage, focusing on Harvey and enterprise foundation models such as Claude, OpenAI, and Grok.

You will collaborate with the central training team to deliver practical workflows, publish modules in

Qualifications

4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
Direct hands-on Harvey AI or legal tech training experience preferred.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, token management, and output validation.
Experience creating LMS content and delivering live vILT.
Experience with Absorb LMS or similar LMS.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident in approved states.

Responsibilities

Lead AI education initiatives across the firm, developing learning paths for attorneys and staff.
Create training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
Deliver virtual and in-person training focused on real-world legal workflows.
Publish and maintain digital learning modules in Absorb LMS.
Coach on prompt engineering, context windows, and model governance.
Provide high-touch enablement and workflow support to partners and leadership.
