SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, and author digital content for attorneys, paralegals, and executives to adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

The role emphasizes practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok). Remote, national scope with client-facing impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training enterprise AI tools or workflows.
• Direct hands-on Harvey AI training or law-firm AI experience.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization.
• Experience with Absorb LMS or similar LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives, developing learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on legal workflows and productivity.
• Build and publish digital modules within Absorb LMS.
• Drive platform adoption for Harvey and other AI tools.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context windows, and token management.
