Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to help build AI and technical skills for our workforce. You will design scalable learning solutions, translate AI concepts into practical content, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage LMS strategy, audits, and vendor partnerships while ensuring accessibility and inclusion in learning programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Learning & Development and Learning Management Systems administration.
• Experience supporting a global/complex CSOD instance.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Execute development and implementation of learning assets with Training Operations.
• Design scalable learning solutions for AI and technical upskilling.
• Develop and maintain learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and reinforcement resources.
