Job summary

Glean is seeking an AI Success Manager (AISM) to own post-sales platform health and orchestrate successful implementations for enterprise customers. You will lead end-to-end delivery, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business value.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Support to ensure smooth deployments, risk mitigation, and ongoing customer success in a fast-paced, remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management for SaaS products in enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers achieve real business outcomes through AI.
• Lead new deployments including SSO and connector setup.
• Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to renewal with clear timelines and budgets.
• Create and execute joint success plans and EBRs to drive adoption and value.
• Provide overall program management across delivery, operations, and technical teams.
• Document improvements for onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices.
• Escalate and resolve risks; act as trusted advisor to customers.
