Job summary

Glean is hiring an AI Success Manager (AISM) to be the primary post-sales contact, ensuring platform health and successful implementations. You will guide customers through setup, drive joint success plans, and collaborate with architects, support, and R&D to deliver measurable value.

You will own the end‑to‑end delivery from kickoff to go‑live and renewal, ensuring clarity on expectations, timeline, and budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical customer success for enterprise SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate successful deployments from kickoff to go-live and renewal.
• Set up SSO and connectors for new customers with hands-on guidance.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including timelines, scope, and service budgets.
• Create and execute joint success plans and business reviews to drive adoption.
• Provide overall program management across cross-functional teams.
• Develop tailored project plans and facilitate collaboration across delivery, operations, and technical teams.
• Offer a blend of technical guidance and strategic partnership, escalating when needed.
• Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and satisfaction metrics.
• Identify risks or blockers and drive timely resolution.
• Document onboarding improvements, playbooks, and best practices.
