Job summary

Glean is seeking an AI Success Manager (AISM) to own post-sales platform health and drive successful implementations for enterprise customers. You will deliver proactive strategic guidance, build joint success plans, and manage stakeholder expectations from kickoff to renewal.

You will coordinate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Support to ensure scalable, measurable outcomes. This role is remote in the US Pacific time zone and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical customer success for SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers achieve real business outcomes through AI.
• Lead new customer deployments including SSO and connector setup.
• Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live through renewal and budgets.
• Create and execute joint success plans and EBRs to drive adoption and value.
• Provide overall program management and governance.
• Develop, communicate, and execute tailored project plans; enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance and act as escalation manager when needed.
• Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify risks or blockers and drive resolution with the team.
• Document onboarding improvements and contribute to playbooks and best practices.
