Observe.AI is hiring a Manager of the AI Deployment Team to lead a high-performing group responsible for enterprise-scale SaaS deployments. You will shape delivery standards, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and drive successful customer outcomes across complex programs.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, executive collaboration, and a deep understanding of contact center KPIs and ROI storytelling to scale a GenAI platform for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex SaaS or AI deployments.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments.
• Proven track record in leading deployment teams in a high-growth technology environment.
• Deep understanding of contact center operations and ROI stories.
• Executive presence and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Deployment team and manage resource allocation and velocity.
• Oversee multi-phase implementations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Ensure delivery standards and scalable customer onboarding processes.
• Track KPIs and ROI to set customers up for long-term success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize service delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on roadmaps and executive-level support during engagements.
