Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Senior Strategist, Enterprise to guide global clients through AI-driven transformation. You will lead discovery, shape roadmaps, and translate AI opportunities into actionable plans for C‑suite and senior leaders across product, marketing, and data teams.

You will partner with executives to define target capabilities, lead workshops, and own high‑level client relationships, delivering formal recommendations and business cases for large-scale change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years in a client-facing role with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Ability to structure complex problems and present a clear POV.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Interest in AI, digital tech and transformation; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with C-suite executives and AI/data teams.
• Act as trusted advisor, guiding opportunity discovery and ongoing engagement.
• Understand client business models and competitive pressures to propose capabilities.
• Lead discovery, current-state assessments, and synthesize findings.
• Design target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
• Present advisory POV on digital/AI innovations for products and experiences.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops that drive decisions.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and engagement documentation.
