Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced enterprise AI architect to define strategies balancing customer goals, architecture, delivery risk, and cost. You will lead AI software architecture, generative AI, MLOps, and governance while collaborating with client executives and internal teams to shape outcomes.

You will drive architecture reviews, solution validation, and strategic pursuits, and mentor teams with standards, training, and best practices for AI implementations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of hands-on software, data, infrastructure, or AI solution experience, including three years of consulting with large enterprises and cross-functional projects OR 10 years of hands-on experience with consulting experience.
• Leads AI software architecture and solution design for clients and internal teams.
• Recognized expert in AI technologies, enterprise architecture, and industry transformation.
• Maintains client relationships as a trusted technical advisor and communicates with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project strategies and technical options balancing goals, architecture, risk, operations, and finances.
• Provide leadership on enterprise AI architecture, generative AI, MLOps, model serving, governance, and accelerated infrastructure.
• Interface with client executives, project leadership, partners, and internal stakeholders to align expectations.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance, escalation management, and quality oversight for complex AI engagements.
• Support strategic sales pursuits through discovery, proposals, SOWs, ROMs, LOEs, and executive workshops.
• Develop standards, best practices, training, and technical guidance for AI software implementations.
