Job summary

C3 Technology Advisors is seeking a hands-on AI strategist who can turn ideas into practical tools and repeatable workflows across Sales, Engineering, Ops, Marketing and Finance. You will build early solutions, guide partners, and lead adoption with playbooks and training.

The role blends strategy, architecture, and execution, requiring strong communication and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes while balancing speed with risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in AI, data, product, or a technical role.
• 2+ years deploying AI in a working environment.
• Proficiency with the latest tools and Microsoft-centric programs.
• Strong grasp of modern AI, including LLMs, automation, and retrieval.
• Track record of driving adoption and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication; can align skeptical stakeholders.
• Ability to shape a roadmap and build prototypes quickly.
• Awareness of privacy, security and accuracy risks.
• Role is remote; occasional travel to West Michigan several times a year.
• 4 year degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Validate internal AI strategy and suggest tweaks.
• Identify high-value AI use cases across departments.
• Prioritize use cases, put a roadmap in place, assist budgeting.
• Choose and roll out the right tools; evaluate platforms and pilots.
• Own architecture and technical standards.
• Build prototypes and lightweight integrations when needed.
• Drive adoption with training, playbooks and prompts libraries.
• Measure progress and report to leadership.
• Keep policies for privacy, security, and acceptable use.
• Own relationships with external AI partners.
