Lumin Digital is seeking a Staff AI Organizational Architect to own the technical strategy for how we use AI across the company. This senior IC will bridge hands-on depth with enterprise advisory, coordinating with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure responsible AI and business-aligned investments.

You will define internal standards, evaluate models and platforms, and translate rapid AI advances into practical guidance for executives and engineering teams.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software engineering or architecture.
• 3+ years designing production AI systems.
• 2+ years with LLMs and model APIs in product contexts.
• 2+ years in regulated environments (finance/healthcare).
• 1+ years designing enterprise standards or governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve internal AI strategy and architecture.
• Track AI usage, spend, and business impact.
• Advise executives and engineering teams on AI use cases.
• Make AI experiments repeatable and scalable.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal on responsible AI.
• Maintain reviews of AI platforms and controls.
• Provide guidance on standards and reference architectures.
• Prototype and validate new AI capabilities with code.
