Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy and operations roles, including 3 years at a top-tier firm or Big 4.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and building trusted relationships.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-driven pre-sales engagements with compelling demonstrations.
• Retain customers and expand accounts with tailored solutions.
• Ensure seamless post-sales delivery from pre-sales to delivery.
• Oversee onboarding and enablement for new customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to drive AI innovation.
• Drive customer satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans.
