Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - AI to lead product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for SHI's AI solutions portfolio.

This role works closely with sales, engineering, partners, and marketing to develop compelling market narratives, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong AI industry knowledge with exceptional product marketing, storytelling, and stakeholder management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–8 years in product/solution/technology marketing.
• Experience supporting AI technologies or related enterprise tech markets.
• Experience developing GTM plans and sales enablement assets.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy for SHI's AI solutions portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market planning.
• Serve as the marketing SME for AI technologies, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop customer-centric messaging frameworks and solution narratives that articulate SHI's AI capabilities.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, case studies, and customer-facing content.
• Support solution launches and go-to-market initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop content for customer events, executive briefings, webinars, roadshows, and partner engagements.
• Collaborate with technical experts to create demos, POCs, and customer presentation materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Provide messaging guidance and competitive intelligence to sales and field teams.
