Job summary

SHI is seeking a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - AI to lead product marketing strategy for its AI solutions portfolio.

You will translate complex AI technologies into compelling customer value propositions and differentiated market positioning, working with sales, engineering, partners, and marketing to drive demand and revenue. You will develop go-to-market plans, sales enablement assets, and thought leadership content, while collaborating across business units to ensure alignment with growth

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, positioning, and GTM planning.
• Ability to translate AI tech into customer value propositions.
• Develop sales enablement assets and solution messaging.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, partner marketing, and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy for SHI's AI solutions portfolio, including positioning and go-to-market planning.
• Serve as the marketing SME for AI technologies, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop customer-centric messaging frameworks and solution narratives that articulate SHI's AI capabilities and market differentiation.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, case studies, and customer-facing content.
• Support solution launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives through collaborative planning.
• Develop content for events, executive briefings, webinars, roadshows, and partner engagements.
