SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - AI to lead product marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for SHI's AI solutions portfolio.

This role acts as the AI marketing expert, collaborating with leadership, sales, engineering, partners, and other stakeholders to craft compelling market narratives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will translate complex AI technologies into clear customer value propositions, develop go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Technology Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing go-to-market plans, sales enablement assets, and customer-facing content.
• Demonstrated experience supporting AI technologies, infrastructure solutions, or adjacent enterprise technology markets.
• Strong understanding of AI ecosystems, technology trends, and customer buying processes.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy for SHI's AI solutions portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market planning.
• Serve as the marketing subject-matter expert for AI technologies, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop customer-centric messaging frameworks and solution narratives that clearly articulate SHI's AI capabilities and market differentiation.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, case studies, and customer-facing content.
• Support solution launches and go-to-market initiatives through collaborative planning and cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with campaign, communications, partner marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across marketing programs.
