Job summary

Granicus seeks an Associate AI Solutions Advisor to join its AI Solutions team in a remote US capacity. You will help identify AI opportunities across government-focused accounts, qualify customer needs, and collaborate with Account Managers, AI Value Engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive pipeline for AI-native offerings.

You will support discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot engagements while maintaining accurate Salesforce records and contributing to go-to-market efforts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a software company? (must-have)
• Ability to discuss business value and customer use cases clearly
• Strong discovery skills and curiosity
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a go-to-market environment

Responsibilities

• Support demand generation and outreach with AI GTM strategy team
• Participate in AI discovery calls with public sector prospects and existing Granicus customers
• Identify customer pain points and AI opportunities via discovery
• Collaborate with BDRs, AEs, and AI Value Engineers in early-stage discovery
• Assist with qualification and handoff through opportunity progression
• Contribute to pre-sales activities like workshops, demos, and pilots
• Maintain pipeline activity and Salesforce notes and next steps
• Help improve lead routing and qualification criteria with RevOps/Marketing
• Capture feedback and share with Product and Marketing teams
• Identify AI opportunities within existing accounts and prospects
