Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Solutions Engineer/Consultant to act as a product expert and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. You will partner with Account Executives to deeply understand goals, data, and success metrics, and translate them into actionable, technically sound solutions.

You will collaborate with post‑sales teams to ensure smooth transitions, and help design demonstrations, pilots, and integrations that prove value to customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to manage multi‑stakeholder agreements in growth, commercial, or mid‑market segments.
• Experience with CRM ecosystems and integration concepts (APIs, webhooks, JSON).

Responsibilities

• Serve as product specialist and trusted advisor across the sales cycle.
• Translate customer challenges into outcome‑focused solution designs.
• Lead tailored demos, technical explorations, and pilots to prove value.
• Design approaches covering data ingestion, enrichment, identity resolution, automation, and integrations.
• Align stakeholders on scope and clarify expectations before agreements.
• Gather customer insights to influence Product, Engineering, and Sales strategies.
