Job summary

Torq is seeking an AI SOC Solutions Architect for our remote Professional Services team. You will design and deploy AI-driven SOC automation, transforming customers' security operations into agent-assisted, automated workflows that reduce analyst workload and MTTR.

You will own architecture, build, validation, and handoff for strategic accounts, integrating across SIEM/EDR stacks with REST APIs, and guiding customers through successful deployments within weeks.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in a technical security role such as SOC analyst or security engineer.
• Hands-on SOC understanding: alert triage, investigation, incident response.
• Direct experience with core detection tooling: at least one SIEM and one EDR/XDR.
• Automation and integration: Python/Bash/Go plus REST APIs, JSON, webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven SOC automation to reduce MTTR.
• Translate SOC processes into automated, agent-assisted workflows.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery for strategic accounts.
• Engineer integrations across the customer’s security stack via REST APIs.
• Design and evaluate AI agent behavior with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to SOC leaders and analysts.
