Job summary

Torq Ltd. is seeking an AI SOC Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in the United States.

You will design and deliver AI-driven SOC automation for enterprise customers, turning security operations into agent-assisted, automated workflows that reduce analyst workload and MTTR. You'll balance customer collaboration with hands-on technical work, working with SOC leaders and analysts, engineering real solutions on the Torq platform, and showing measurable results within weeks

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in technical security role
• Hands-on SOC operational understanding
• Experience with at least one SIEM and one EDR/XDR
• Proficiency in Python/Bash/Go and REST JSON
• Knowledge of AI in security and guardrails
• Strong customer-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven SOC automation
• Translate SOC processes into automation
• Own technical delivery for strategic accounts end to end
• Engineer integrations across security stack via REST APIs
• Design and evaluate AI agent behavior
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to SOC leaders
