Job summary

eSentire, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Channel to help drive pre-sales technical engagements in a remote role. You will combine security expertise with sales skills to articulate how our MDR/security services address customer challenges.

You’ll collaborate with Channel Managers to reach quarterly net-new bookings targets and tailor engagements to varied buyer levels. The role requires deep cybersecurity knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre‑sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with MDR/NDR/EDR, SIEM, Cloud Security or related security domains.
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (networking, systems, cloud).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Channel Manager(s) to achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Provide consultation to understand clients' cybersecurity needs.
• Explain value and integration points of services within a customer’s security architecture.
• Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and workshops for prospects.
• Travel up to 50% within territory and up to 5% nationally for events.
