Job summary

ePlus Technology, inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Security Solutions Architect to lead as the technical architect and sales engineer for targeted security solutions, supporting the regional sales team to drive revenue.

You'll craft sustainable IT roadmaps, develop multi-vendor designs (Cisco/Sourcefire, Palo Alto, McAfee, Splunk, Imperva, Check Point, FireEye, Gigamon), and present recommended solutions to customers and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years designing or implementing complex network or storage solutions.
• 3+ years pre-sales engineering support.
• Deep expertise in network security with hands-on experience on Fortinet or Palo Alto.
• Strong endpoint security experience with leading solutions.
• Experience selling IT security services and revenue impact metrics.
• Collaborate with sales teams and executives to execute security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers.
• Establish credibility with sales teams and customers.
• Present core competencies and technical offerings to accounts.
• Lead scoping and design for multi-vendor solutions.
• Act as SME for proposed solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Mentor associates on opportunity management.
• Deliver knowledge transfers on OEM product updates.
