Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain in writing what’s off, helping improve AI systems in real-world use.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, identifying issues like artifacts or misalignment, and writing precise explanations. Earn up to $18/hr with incentives and mission bonuses, working from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable reasoning through scenarios and making clear judgments.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, misalignment, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observed issues.
