Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
