Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours and up to $15 per hour. You’ll help shape AI systems by providing precise, written feedback and quality assessments for various media formats.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to pause, replay, and analyze.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios aloud.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Willingness to decide clearly when options have flaws, even with imperfections.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a detailed explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
