Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

We offer fully remote, flexible hours with pay up to $15/hr plus additional incentives. You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems learn and improve through precise evaluation and feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze media outputs.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
