Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You'll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours, weekly payments, and rates up to $15 per hour based on expertise. You’ll gain access to leading LLMs and help shape AI systems by providing precise, written explanations of observed issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
