Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing structured feedback, with weekly payments and the potential for incentives. Work from anywhere with flexible hours and access to leading AI tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to articulate issues clearly.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-text mismatches.
• Writing a specific, English-language explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
