Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

By evaluating AI-generated images, videos, and audio, you help improve how advanced AI systems reason and respond. You can work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear explanation in English.
