Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, write concise explanations in English, and help improve AI systems. Flexible hours, up to $15/hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain observations in writing with evidence.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Writing concise explanations describing what looked or sounded off.
