Everforth Apex is seeking an AI Workforce Program Manager to run operations and rhythm of business for a fast-paced team. The role coordinates priorities, milestones, risks, and deadlines while enabling automation and AI-enabled productivity across Microsoft 365 tools.

Formación

• 10+ years in program management, business operations or team operations, supporting marketing, eCommerce or product organizations.
• Experience running a rhythm of business for a team of 8–15+ people.
• Expert Microsoft 365 skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/Lists, Loop and Planner.
• Strong written communication with concise agendas and action items for senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain rhythm-of-business governance and milestone tracking.
• Design cross-team workflow and ownership models to enable collaboration.
• Provide program management support for team health initiatives and onboarding programs.
• Develop leadership decks and launch communications, and socialise engagement expectations.
