Everforth Apex is seeking an AI Developer IV to provide architectural leadership and hands-on development for enterprise AI initiatives. You will define AI architecture, guide governance, mentor engineers, and partner with product, research, and executives to drive an AI-first software strategy.

The role combines senior engineering excellence with strategic influence, focusing on cloud platforms, distributed systems, and ethical AI practices across quarterly delivery cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Expert-level Python development experience.
• Proven experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Terraform / IaC expertise.
• Experience leading large technical programs and influencing strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise AI architecture strategy.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered apps and distributed systems.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale AI transformations.
• Develop production-quality software while remaining hands-on.
• Partner with engineering, product, research, and business stakeholders.
• Establish AI governance, security standards, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic investments.
• Mentor senior engineers and cultivate leaders.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
• Guide cloud platforms, AI services, and data ecosystems in architecture.
• Lead architectural reviews and set enterprise engineering standards.
