Everforth Apex seeks an AI Program Manager to lead end-to-end Generative AI initiatives in Jersey City (Hybrid). The role coordinates product, engineering, architecture, data, security, and business teams to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and delivery commitments.

You will manage project plans, governance, risks, and KPIs, while overseeing SIT/UAT, data readiness, and production deployment. A strong background in AI programs and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technology project/program management experience.
• Proven experience delivering AI, ML, or data analytics solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI projects from initiation to deployment and post-production support.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcing.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across product, engineering, data, security, and business teams.
• Establish governance, operating models, and decision-making processes.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT and production implementation activities.
