Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Program Manager V to oversee program operations for an AI agent product team. You will coordinate the team’s cadence, manage agendas, notes and decisions for leadership forums, and maintain trackers with ownership, dates and dependencies.

You will monitor privacy and security incident pipelines from intake to closure, route projects through required reviews, and prepare pre-read materials and runbooks for critical product and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in related fields.
• Extensive experience directing program operations, cadence tracking, and reporting for technical software/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute team operational cadence, including agendas, notes, decisions, and action items for leadership forums.
• Maintain program trackers with ownership, upcoming dates, dependencies, and evidence.
• Monitor privacy, security incident management pipeline from intake through remediation and closure.
• Facilitate routing of technical projects through required privacy, security, data, and risk reviews.
• Prepare pre-read materials and documentation ahead of critical product/compliance reviews.
• Draft structured program updates and runbooks for recurring processes.
• Track milestones against timelines and raise scheduling risks.
