Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Mid-Level AI Infrastructure / Product Engineer in the United States. Join a distributed engineering team working at the intersection of AI research and product development.

You will build evaluation pipelines, dashboards, and production backend services, deploying cloud infrastructure and collaborating with researchers and product stakeholders to ship robust AI features, retrieval, drafting, and document workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional software/infrastructure experience building production systems.
• Strong Python development with cloud deployment experience.
• Experience creating evaluation pipelines or benchmarks for ML/AI systems.
• Experience with APIs, backend services, deployment pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring.
• Ability to turn experimental code into production-ready products.
• Interest or experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, or document automation.
• Nice to have exposure to FastAPI, Docker, React, Next.js, Postgres or vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Build repeatable benchmarks and evaluation pipelines for AI system performance.
• Develop dashboards and monitoring systems for visibility into performance.
• Transform research prototypes into maintainable product capabilities.
• Design and maintain backend services, APIs, internal tools, and deployment systems.
• Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure including databases and pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to translate experiments into robust solutions.
• Contribute across the stack bridging infrastructure, backend, AI systems, and product development.
