Jobgether is seeking a data-driven Campaign Manager (ABM) to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth with AI-powered account-based marketing strategies. In this hands-on role you will lead multichannel ABM programs, map buying committees, apply AI insights, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive measurable pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in demand generation and account-based marketing, including ideal customer profile definition, account tiering, buying-group mapping, and one-to-one and one-to-few campaign design.
• Hands-on experience managing campaign funnels, understanding sales processes, and optimizing sourced and influenced pipeline outcomes.
• Strong AI and large language model proficiency, including prompt engineering, account research, intelligence synthesis, and distinguishing meaningful insights from noise.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI-powered account intelligence and maintain comprehensive account profiles.
• Map buying committees and identify decision-makers, influencers, and blockers.
• Apply AI to campaign strategy using LLMs to generate insights and plan campaigns.
• Execute personalized ABM programs across enterprise and Tier 1 accounts.
• Coordinate multichannel activations (email, paid media, events, gifting, partnerships).
• Lead cross-functional execution with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Acquisition, Events, Marketing Automation, Partnerships, and Sales.
• Partner with Sales to align campaign priorities and improve handoffs.
• Own testing and optimization with an experimentation roadmap and clear hypotheses.
