Job summary

Ladders is seeking an AI Administrator, Business Applications to join our remote team. You will supervise enterprise AI platforms, manage user access, monitor usage, and ensure compliance while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to keep AI services running smoothly.

In this hands-on role, you’ll configure AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, manage RBAC and licensing, and support teams through secure, scalable deployments in a fast-moving telecom/hardware space.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of IT or SaaS platform administration experience.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI platforms such as Glean, Rovo, Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
• RBAC and data privacy standards knowledge.
• Troubleshooting access and configuration issues.
• Ability to manage moderately complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise AI platforms, including data connectors, user access, and usage monitoring
• Oversee settings and agent availability within the Atlassian environment
• Configure projects, skills, gems, and agents in AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini
• Manage licensing and provisioning for AI tools using RBAC
• Build and maintain lower-complexity agents and expedite complex builds as needed
• Gather and route AI enablement requests to appropriate platforms
• Implement access controls and monitor AI tool usage for compliance
