Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking an AI Admin to govern the tools used across BizApps, including Glean, Rovo, Claude, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock. You’ll manage access, permissions, and configurations to ensure least-privilege data handling and secure operations.

This role partners with IT Security and Engineering to enable safe, scalable AI tooling for a remote-first, high-growth environment. You will implement provisioning, create guidance for users, and support complex automation projects while growing

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise AI, enterprise search, or comparable SaaS platform
• Experience configuring Projects, Skills, Gems, agents on Claude/Gemini/Glean/Rovo or AWS Bedrock
• Understanding of RBAC and least-privilege concepts
• Troubleshooting connector, access, and configuration problems with clear diagnostics
• Ability to scope and complete moderately complex projects with minimal direction
• Ability to write clear guidance and documentation for technical and non-technical employees
• Ability to follow data handling and security requirements for AI tools

Responsibilities

• Administer Glean including data source connectors, user access, permissions and monitoring
• Administer Rovo including agent availability, access, and settings in Atlassian environment
• Configure Projects, Skills, Gems, and agents in Claude, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock with proper access groups
• Manage provisioning/deprovisioning and licensing for AI platforms using RBAC
• Develop and maintain lower-complexity agents and escalate complex builds to Senior Engineer
• Gather use-case and access details from AI enablement requests and route to platform owner
• Implement access controls and data handling standards with Security and IT Engineering
• Monitor AI tool usage for misuse, drift, and data exposure, and raise concerns to Security
• Maintain records of AI tools, connectors, and deployed agents for audits
• Track platform releases and communicate impact to team
• Create user guidance and enablement content for approved AI tools
• Report on adoption, license utilization, and platform health to Senior Manager
• Demonstrate commitment to integrity, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
