Sedgwick is seeking an AI Platform Administrator to govern features, connectors, apps, and agents across Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. You will act as Level 2 escalation for incidents, triage access issues with IAM, and support enterprise tooling in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

You will maintain governance, runbooks, and knowledge bases; collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Security; and help enable user adoption and reporting across the platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years administering enterprise SaaS platforms in regulated/large-enterprise settings.
• Two years as a named Level 2 escalation owner.

Responsabilidades

• Governance of features, connectors, apps, and agents with security reviews.
• Level 2 escalation for incidents and service requests; triage and coordination with IAM.
• Troubleshoot enterprise tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) across environments.
• Produce Runbooks, knowledge articles, and maintain runbooks.
