Ladders is seeking an AI Administrator, Business Applications to join our remote team. You will supervise enterprise AI platforms, manage user access, monitor usage, and ensure compliance while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to keep AI services running smoothly.

In this hands-on role, you’ll configure AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, manage RBAC and licensing, and support teams through secure, scalable deployments in a fast-moving telecom/hardware space.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of IT or SaaS platform administration experience.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI platforms such as Glean, Rovo, Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
• RBAC and data privacy standards knowledge.
• Troubleshooting access and configuration issues.
• Ability to manage moderately complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Administrator, Business Applications to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will support the administration and governance of AI-enabled business applications across the organization. You will manage access, configuration, and usage controls for enterprise AI tools while helping teams adopt them effectively and securely. The position partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to keep AI platforms running smoothly, maintain compliance standards, and route enhancement requests to the right teams. It is a hands-on role that blends platform administration, user support, and operational oversight in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $151,000 annually
