Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an AI Platform Administrator to manage the day-to-day operation, security, and lifecycle of enterprise AI tools. You will configure licensing, capacity, and deployment policies, while onboarding AI developers and business users across teams.

The role focuses on governance, risk management, and collaboration with Legal, Privacy, HR and Cybersecurity to maintain compliant AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise technology platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms, automation tools, and related security and compliance practices.
• Experience configuring or administering at least one enterprise AI platform (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Anthropic).
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, or Java.
• Understanding of agile project management, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, security, and lifecycle of AI tools across the organization.
• Configure AI platform licensing, capacity, and feature enablement.
• Onboard AI developers and business users.
• Manage agent registration, lifecycle, and governance with Legal/Privacy/HR/Cybersecurity.
• Maintain deployment processes for AI agents and runbooks.
