Job summary

Farm Credit East in Connecticut is seeking an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to lead secure, scalable management of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI technologies, enabling staff to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences.

You will govern access, environment readiness, and AI agent lifecycles, partnering with site owners and admins to ensure compliant deployment and meaningful insights. Hybrid work after two weeks and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint and Active Directory.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks with Farm Credit East.

Responsibilities

• Review roles across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Manage least-privilege access, conduct periodic access reviews, and secure delegation.
• Develop and maintain Copilot Studio environments and ensure governance and compliance.
• Produce reports and KPIs on AI agent deployment, usage, and compliance.
