Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to govern Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI technologies. The role focuses on secure, efficient management of AI platforms and enabling organizational innovation.

You will manage permissions, environment lifecycle, agent availability, and governance reporting. Hybrid work options are available after two weeks, depending on role and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Active Directory.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment, determined by role and manager discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review roles across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Ensure least-privilege access, conduct access reviews, and secure delegation.
• Develop and maintain Copilot Studio environments, policy, capacity, and compliance settings.
• Oversee environment lifecycle management and readiness for agent deployment.
• Develop, publish, and manage availability of AI agents for organization-wide or targeted audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to surface agents across Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Engage with SharePoint site stakeholders to ensure governance controls for agent deployment.
• Produce reports and dashboards on agent deployment, usage, compliance, and performance.
• Maintain documentation, change logs, and governance artifacts for transparency.
