Job summary

Genius Road, LLC is seeking an AI Platform Administrator in Austin, onsite, for a 12-month engagement to support administration and Level 3 technical support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI and collaboration platforms within a large IT environment.

The role covers platform administration, advanced troubleshooting, governance participation, integrations, and service analytics, with responsibilities across licensing, configuration, monitoring, incident escalation, and stakeholder

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a large enterprise Microsoft 365 environment with advanced admin/engineering experience.
At least 2 years hands-on with Microsoft cloud automation, Copilot/AI services, Power Platform, or enterprise integrations.
Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Graph integration, and AI governance practices.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and related AI services.
Manage licensing, configuration, service health, feature enablement, and credit monitoring.
Evaluate and implement new Copilot capabilities and releases.
Maintain service documentation and operational procedures.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex Copilot and AI platform incidents.
Troubleshoot Graph grounding, SharePoint/Teams integrations, and data access issues.
Participate in AI governance, lifecycle management, and release readiness.
Collaborate with IAM, Security, and Architecture on access controls and integrations.
Develop and maintain dashboards, monitor adoption, and support executive reporting.
