Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to enable secure, scalable adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI technologies across the organization. This role focuses on governance, security, and operational excellence, partnering with teams to implement AI safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks with Farm Credit East; options depend on role and performance.

Responsibilities

• Review roles across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and AD.
• Ensure least-privilege access and periodic access reviews.
• Coordinate Entra ID agent identity settings and group-based access for AI agents.
• Develop and maintain Copilot Studio environments with policies and compliance.
• Manage environment lifecycle and readiness for agent deployment.
• Deploy new Microsoft AI capabilities securely and effectively.
• Develop, approve, publish, and manage availability of AI agents.
• Ensure agents meet organizational standards and are surfaced across M365, Teams, SharePoint.
• Collaborate with SharePoint stakeholders to control agent deployment and governance.
• Understand Active Directory security groups and roles; assist governance improvements.
• Produce dashboards on deployment, usage, compliance, and performance.
• Provide KPIs and insights to support leadership and governance.
• Maintain documentation and governance artifacts; support responsible AI practices and regulatory adherence.
