Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, from home on your own schedule. Your work helps improve how AI systems reason and perform in real-world tasks.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and writing concise, evidence-based explanations. Remote work is supported from multiple countries with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking their naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts more closely.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a specific, English-language explanation of what you saw or heard.
