Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD per hour with flexible hours and remote work. You’ll get free access to leading LLMs and help improve AI systems by providing precise, English explanations of the results.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and listening skills.
• Willing to write concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
