Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your evaluations help shape how AI systems reason and improve. You’ll receive weekly payments and free access to leading language models as part of the activity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank and compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, artifacts, and misalignments, describing issues in writing.
• Provide a concise, written explanation of why one output is better or worse.
