Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain observed issues in writing.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and documenting your reasoning. This role helps shape AI systems by providing precise feedback and explanations from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Write clear, evidence-based explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
• Complete tasks across image, video, and audio evaluations as described.
