Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks an AI Operations Specialist to lead AI-enabled support improvements across Cayenta Support. You will analyze processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and implement AI tools to improve ticket resolution, satisfaction, and employee efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across Product, R&D, and Support while championing responsible AI adoption. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, technical support, or related role.
Strong analytical and investigative skills with ability to identify problems and recommend practical solutions.
Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea through implementation.
Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new AI platforms and technologies.
Strong customer-service mindset and focus on improving customer and employee experience.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
Commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, documentation, and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

Drive support transformation by evaluating processes, identifying pain points, and recommending AI-enabled improvements.
Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and leaders to translate needs into actionable improvements.
Analyze ticket trends and metrics to reduce effort and improve experience.
Identify high-value AI opportunities to streamline workflows and speed resolution.
Help design, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta staff and customers.
Monitor AI performance, adoption, and business impact with recommendations.
Develop prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, and standard operating procedures for AI solutions.
Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to implementation and measurement.
